Algorithm Archive -- add Fortran

The Algorithm Archive site describes various algorithms and provides source code from various languages, which the user can select at the top of the page. Here is Gaussian Elimination . The current volunteers have tried to add Fortran versions but are unfamiliar with the language, as shown in issue 638. I think they would welcome Fortran volunteers.
