I am pleased to tell you that the work @Lenore and I have done on Mathematics of Arrays has now been published - Implementing Mathematics of Arrays in Modern Fortran: Efficiency and Efficacy. The work started a couple of years ago with an online informal workshop by Lenore. This led to the experiments we describe in the paper.
