The final time slot will be selected and announced on the evening (European time) of Wednesday February 15, please complete the poll before then .
If there are specific topics or issues you would like to raise, even if you are unable to attend the call, please post them in the thread here.

That is the week of the J3 (US Fortran Standards Committee) meeting. I would recommend the week after to be able to include a report of the meeting.

Well, the Org notification date is Feb 21, so if the response is positive, definitely. March 2 will be in the middle of the period when prospective contributors can introduce themselves and discuss the projects. So it’s perfect timing, assuming the response is positive, of course.
