This is true. I have had the same experiences, and I must admit that the responsiveness is impressive. Just last week, I reported four bugs to NAG concerning half precision, and they were all fixed within a week, for which I am thankful.
I would also like to mention that, a compiler vendor that did even better was Absoft. A bug report sent to Absoft would usually receive a response on the same day and get fixed two days later.
Being a coincidence or not, it adopted a similar (but quicker) procedure for selling licenses, and it did not support cloud CI runners either.
Unfortunately, the company ceased operation two years ago.
