Not specifically about Fortran but if anybody interested in modern probabilistic programming languages (PPL) this is an opportunity to get started. Stan - StanCon 2023 The tutorials will cover beginner to advanced topics of Bayesian inference & PPL. Currently Stan kernels are written in C++, including math libs such as SUNDIALS & odeint. I can see there’s vast Fortran libs that can be linked to power more applications.
