Hello, my name is Noel Jacob. I am intrested in contributing to Fortran package manager. I have built a version manager for Zig in Rust myself and I want to apply that same knowledge to Fortran. I am new to Fortran but I believe I am a fast learner and can pick this up quickly. I intend to use libsolv to do the constraint matching algorithm for fortran package manager.
