I’ve installed Pydroid 3 from Google Play and indeed, it comes with gcc/gfortran suite, ver. 11.4.0, available in Terminal mode.
We also maintain: https://dev.lfortran.org/ which should work on a tablet.
You can also use online compilers or Replit (I really recommend it).
You can find replit both in play market and app store.
