Welcome to the forum. There is one mentioned in Discord channel for Fortran, but it’s not too active.
Sorry to necro this thread but there is a more active Discord server than the one posted here.
We also fixed the issue with the spelling of Fortran 
Please feel free to join, as discord is a good way to reach a younger audience.
