Is there a way to bookmark a discourse topic as important/interesting (to me)? Surely I can make a regular browser bookmark but then it may not be available when I use another browser or my mobile or whatever. It would be very useful to have a discourse-stored list of “favorite” topics.

The ... symbol below every comment and post has a bookmark option.

As Shahmoradi told you, check for “bookmarks” and set “no date needed”. This is what I do.
