Following the release of fpm 0.3.0, I have added a How to use fpm to build a gtk-fortran project in the gtk-fortran wiki.
Remark: gtk-fortran itself can not be built using fpm (for the moment?), and not be used as a fpm dependency. It must still be installed in your system using a command like sudo make install.
