@Sarhad is this for your Ph.D. assignment? If so, you need to categorize this properly with “homework” (I just did). In that case you need to write it yourself. You can ask here for help if you get stuck.

If this is not related to your Ph.D. then you should specify what exactly is needed and how much you pay.

Actually, I am a PhD student. I have some basics in Fortran not enough to write such codes.
I have some prepared codes ( in fortran 90) .

Yes it’s required to build in one programming language then evaluate it with my Database?

I have .exe file which was done in Fortran but unfortunately I don’t have the source codes.
As you know we can not get source codes form executable file.

Can we get the source codes, please?
