Categories for the Fortran-lang.org projects

When I tried to ask questions about fpm, I noticed that the questions did not fit completely as a new issue in github or that could divert the discussion in an already open issue. These questions also do not fit into the category help in the Fortran-lang Discourse.

Should there be specific categories for the Fortran-lang projects?

For example,

Project fpm

 ---  Help
 ---  FAQ
 --- Questions

Project stdlib

 ---  Help
 ---  FAQ
 --- Questions

Project fortran-lang

 ---  Help
 ---  FAQ
 --- Questions

Creating a new issue for a question at the repository seems the right way to do. At least for fpm we also have a separate discussion board which could be used for questions as well. It is not as convenient to use as a discourse thread but a bit more flexible than a GitHub issue. This would cover the proposed help/questions categories.

An FAQ could go into the project wiki or the Ford pages, which are available for most projects already.
