I have found no page with Fortran books. I suggest that we add a list of good Fortran and programming (good style, scientific algorithms, visualization…) books somewhere, with a few comments on the content.

I agree; we plan to have a list with books, and other online resources, in the Learn section of the fortran-lang.org website.
Regarding existing lists:
There is this one on fortran wiki and this one on fortran90.org.
