I have recently benefited a lot from this online tutorial: Programming in Modern Fortran. Also, the e-book Introduction to Programming using Fortran 95/2003/2008 by Ed Jorgensen is very helpful. Is this e-book still being maintained? Unlike most other Fortran tutorials or books that are more like a reference, these two are super concise and practical.
