Modern CFD is undergoing a profound transformation. GPU-accelerated and heterogeneous supercomputers are reshaping how numerical methods, solvers, and software are designed, enabling simulations that were previously beyond reach.

As Guest Editor, I am pleased to invite high-quality contributions for this Special Issue in Computation (Impact Factor 2.6, CiteScore 5.2).

:light_bulb: A special note for the Fortran HPC community:

Fortran remains a dominant computational backbone in production-grade CFD and Exascale supercomputing. Whether your codes leverage Modern Fortran standard parallelism (do concurrent), OpenMP/OpenACC offloading, CUDA Fortran, or performance-portability frameworks, this Special Issue provides an ideal venue to showcase your advancements on modern GPU architectures.
