Geany vs. Code::Blocks

I am currently using Geany as my Fortran IDE. I have heard good things about Code::Blocks and am considering migrating to it. Since they are both based on Scintilla, I guess the migration wouldn’t be too difficult. Just want to ask if anyone has experience with them and which one is better as a Fortran IDE.

I have no experience with either. Personally I use Visual Studio Code. With the extensions Modern Fortran and Fortran IntelliSense you’ll get a rather nice user experience when writing Fortran code. There’s a guide walking through the setup of this and some other neat things here.
