Fortran based program throw error when ran in parallel processing mode?

Hello user,
I am newbie here and dont know much about Fortran. I am running a hydrological model, developed in Fortran. When I run the program on single core- it runs, however, when i activate the parallel processing mode of the program- it fails. I don’t know what to do? It used to run on Windows 7 machine but no success with windows 10 (see image attached). Any insight/help would be appreciated.

Thanks Kargl for looking into the issue. I checked the properties and indeed it allows read/write. I am, however, puzzled that it still some earlier dates for modification (see attached). Probably the program is not running which is why it shows earlier dates?
