Hi fellow Fortran enthusiasts. I joined bluesky around SC24 and I’ve seen quite a bit of growth in the hpc community (also my niche computational chemistry one). I wonder if the Fortran lang should simply exchange its twitter account for bluesky?

Why not post to both Twitter/X, bluesky and perhaps Mastodon? Some people have left Twitter because of how it has been run since Musk bought it, but others remain. I have.
We can do that. I just created a Fortran account at Bluesky:
@milancurcic, @Beliavsky message me privately, I’ll give you access to the account also. I retweeted a few things to get us started.
I should mention: we’ll stay on Twitter/X as well, we’ll just have accounts at both Bluesky and X.

I created an account @fortrantip.bsky.social on Bluesky and posted about the new Fortran-lang OOP article. If there are some readers I can duplicate the FortranTip X/Twitter posts on Bluesky, since many Bluesky users avoid X.
Good to see you on Bluesky as well as Twitter. The more channels, the better.
