FYI: I started a reformatting of the NIST DATAPAC library for use as a module with fpm(1). Input is welcome. The best
venue is probably the “issues” section on the github site
(In particular, if anyone has unit tests or examples they would like to contribute it has very few so far).
This is a WIP but builds with ifort, gfortran, and nvfortran at a minimum.
