There is DALL-E, Midjourney, etc. I guess some are free. I have not used them myself. See that thread:

Haven’t had time to spend on the mascot graphic yet, but this is roughly the dynamic that I have in mind, just not as realistic. It would be more of a cartoon adaptation, like Tux for instance. [sprintinghare]
