Probably, but I still do not have enough leverage I think 
(Iโm only a PhD student). For now I got allowance for making the other codes build with fpm, which already would be a lot of work: I need to link to MKL and MPI, conditionally, plus there is some legacy zones that need some refactoring (fpm apparently does not like much include files). If I deliver with that we could probably take another round at the other plans
