I like and welcome the idea. To me, this reads like a general feature request which equally could/would be of benefit for the other booklets of the learning sections, too. Very similar in the result to the Download as PDF behind the “tools” button of the English edition of Wikipedia
Maybe via document environment like Sphinx. Or with an intermediate conversion to .tex with pandoc (as an action) then compiled by an other action relying on a TeX engine (MikTeX/TeXLive, or smaller tinytex) for better support of mathematics to yield the .pdf automatically updated after each commit of the Markdown file(s) on the GitHub repository.
