If you want to put together a list of features that have been suggested, to encourage discussion, fine. Please do not represent this as “should go into 202Y” or as something representing WG5/J3.

WG5 will draw on many sources of feature suggestions - the more early discussion, the better.

Thank you. Yes, this would not represent WG5. The actual final list would be voted upon by WG5 members, so if somebody wants to influence it, they would have to join WG5.

However, the list would be about what the community would like to go into 202Y, that is the whole point. Can you elaborate a little more why we cannot discuss that?
