How to use intel compiler with fpm?

The last message confirm that the path to fpm is not set in you PATH env. var.
Try this in your script (at the very beginning)

C:\Users\owner\Desktop\fpm_test>fpm build --compiler ifx
‘fpm’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
