Following the release of [fpm 0.3.0](https://github.com/fortran-lang/fpm/releases/tag/v0.3.0), I have added a [How to use fpm to build a gtk-fortran project](https://github.com/vmagnin/gtk-fortran/wiki/Tutorial-5) in the gtk-fortran wiki.

Remark: gtk-fortran itself can not be built using _fpm_ (for the moment?), and not be used as a _fpm_ dependency. It must still be installed in your system using a command like `sudo make install`.
