Greetings Everyone,

Progress in this past week:

- Implemented Reverse API,
- Implemented Concat API,
- Sketched all APIs except sort and slice.

Plan for the coming week:

- Change the implementation to the insert function as described by @Arjen [here](https://github.com/fortran-lang/stdlib/issues/463#issuecomment-880617304).
- Implement Splice and Slice APIs.
