With fpm 0.10.0, I had encountered a problem probably due to a bug in GNU Fortran (Ubuntu 13.2.0-4ubuntu3). Curiously, this time everything ran smoothly, although the GFortran version in my Ubuntu 23.10 is still exactly the same: Ubuntu 13.2.0-4ubuntu3.
