That is the week of the J3 (US Fortran Standards Committee) meeting. I would recommend the week after to be able to include a report of the meeting. ---

Well, the Org notification date is Feb 21, so if the response is positive, definitely. March 2 will be in the middle of the period when prospective contributors can introduce themselves and discuss the projects. So it’s perfect timing, assuming the response is positive, of course. ---
