The fpm docs ([Fortran package manager — Fortran package manager](https://awvwgk.github.io/fpm-docs/en/index.html)) are now in a shape that we can discuss further steps like [Maintain under Fortran-lang namespace · Issue #2 · awvwgk/fpm-docs · GitHub](https://github.com/awvwgk/fpm-docs/issues/2).

I propose to discuss a spec template for the stdlib.

I propose to discuss “the introduction of C/C++ codes for testing Fortran codes in stdlib”.

## Context

@wclodius translated C and C++ codes of hash functions to Fortran (see [this PR](https://github.com/fortran-lang/stdlib/pull/573) and in [this PR](https://github.com/wclodius2/stdlib/pull/6) for more details).

For each function, the C/C++ codes are provided in the test environment, and are used to generate hashs from random keys. Then the hashs generated by the Fortran codes are checked against the ones generated from the original C/C++ codes.

I would like to discuss the Intrinsics PR:

If there’s time, I’d like to get feedback on the naming of [`getline`](https://github.com/fortran-lang/stdlib/pull/597) proposed for `stdlib_io`.

Aren’t we meeting now? The Zoom app says we start in 1h, but I think the above information says we start right now. @milancurcic do you mind updating the Zoom invite to start now?
