The idea of having Fortran manpages sounds similar to what other language have available as reference/documentation:

- C++: [https://en.cppreference.com/w/](https://en.cppreference.com/w/) (community supported documentation)
- Python: [https://docs.python.org/3/](https://docs.python.org/3/) (supported by the Python software foundation)
- Julia: [https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/](https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/)

While I don’t use man pages that often from the terminal, having an online searchable Fortran documentation website would be great. Right now the gfortran/Intel/IBM compiler documentation is the closest thing.
