Impressive work on the LAPACK interface @FedericoPerini! Looking forward to using it. Do you know what the timeline to having a production version of this is? I understood that you have a script that allows you to modernize the code you pull. Is that something portable? Are you planning to use it on other codebases in the future? Thank you for your efforts, very interesting. And thank you for the clear and informative presentation on the youtube video, I watched it all. ---

Thank you for the nice words @eelis - We’ve got approximate deadlines on 3/31 for the high-level API, and on 6/30 to finalize the BLAS/LAPACK packaging. I hope that things will be ready earlier than that. Regarding the script: it’s a great idea. It’s started as a semi-automated way to leverage LAPACK’s excellent organization (though F77, all functions have well-defined blocks for parameters, arguments, etc.), but as things got more complicated, it’s been evolving more into a Fortran parser. It would definitely be great to see this grow into something more general in the future! ---
