I was very surprised to discover that people build virtual CPUs in Minecraft (Tutorials/Redstone computers – Minecraft Wiki) and ModPunchTree has also built one:

I made full color Minecraft in Minecraft with redstone!

Putting on my detective hat and connecting the dots it looks like Verlio-H is planning to run Fortran on a Minecraft CPU. Ideally even the compiler will run in Minecraft.

…I though that my Fortran CHIP8 emulator was a wacky project.
