# Adding a list of books about Fortran and programming?

I have found no page with Fortran books. I suggest that we add a list of good Fortran and programming (good style, scientific algorithms, visualization…) books somewhere, with a few comments on the content.

I agree; we plan to have a list with books, and other online resources, in the Learn section of the [fortran-lang.org](http://fortran-lang.org) website.

Regarding existing lists:  
There is this one on [fortran wiki](http://fortranwiki.org/fortran/show/Books) and this one on [fortran90.org](https://www.fortran90.org/src/faq.html?highlight=book#what-are-good-books-to-learn-fortran-from).
